Help with printing, downloads and orders

US Letter (8.5 × 11 inches), one scene per page. On A4 paper, choose "Fit to page" or "Scale to fit" in your print settings so nothing is cut off.

Print at 100% or "Actual size" on Letter paper, in black and white or grayscale. "Best" or "High" quality keeps the fine lines crisp. Single-sided printing keeps the back of each page clean.

Everyday copy paper works well for colored pencils. For markers, gel pens or light watercolor, use heavier paper such as 32 lb (120 gsm) or light cardstock, and test on a spare print first.

Yes. Print your favorite pages again whenever you want to try new colors, for your own personal use. See the personal-use license for the details.

Same artwork. The PDF drops the blank backs that the paperback uses, so it has fewer pages and you can print single-sided.

As soon as Stripe confirms your payment, the confirmation page shows a download button for each file. We also email you a link to your download page; it works for 30 days.

Go to Find my downloads and enter the email address you used at checkout. We email you a fresh link that works for 3 days. Nothing to sign in to.

Each file can be downloaded up to 10 times per order, which is plenty for new devices and reprints. If you hit the limit, contact us and we will reset it.

PDFs open in your browser, Files (iPhone and iPad) or a PDF reader app. For printing, a computer is usually easiest. If a file seems broken, try again on another device, then contact us.

No. Checkout works as a guest. Your email address is your key to your downloads.

Checkout happens on a secure Stripe payment page. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link, and other local methods where Stripe offers them. This website never sees or stores your card number.

PDF sales are processed through Link, the payment service by Stripe, which acts as the seller of record and handles sales tax and VAT. Your statement shows LINK.COM with our name, and your payment receipt comes from Link. Your download link comes from us.

Sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout based on where you are, and added where it applies.

When we run a promotion, enter the code on the Stripe checkout page in the "Add promotion code" field.

Nothing is charged when a payment fails. You can try again with another card or payment method. If you were charged but did not get your files, contact us with the email you used.

Paperbacks are sold by Amazon. The paperback buttons on this site take you to the Amazon listing. Amazon handles payment, shipping and returns for paperbacks.

Yes, please do. Photos of pages you colored yourself are welcome on social media. A mention of Ben Lee Colors is appreciated.

See the refund policy. In short: if a file is faulty or you cannot download it, we fix it or refund you. For other cases, ask within 14 days.
