Privacy policy

This policy explains what benleecolors.com collects, why, and your choices. Controller: Ben Lee Colors. Contact: hello@benleecolors.com.

What we collect

• Orders. When you buy, Stripe and Link give us your name, email address, what you bought, the amounts and your country, so we can deliver your files and support your order. We never see or store your card details.
• Downloads. How many times each file in an order has been downloaded, to protect against link sharing.
• Newsletter (only if you tick the box). Your email address, where you signed up, and the time and wording of your consent. Buying never signs you up.
• Messages. What you send through the contact form.
• Visit statistics. Counts of page views, product views, add-to-cart, checkouts and purchases, with the page, referring website and country. No cookies, no IP addresses and no visitor IDs are stored.
• Your cart is kept in your own browser's local storage, not on our servers.

Who processes it

• Stripe and Link: payments, receipts, tax and fraud prevention.
• Cloudflare: hosting, database and file storage.
• Resend: sending order and download emails.
• MailerLite: the newsletter, only if you subscribed.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Messages are deleted when no longer needed. Visit statistics contain no personal data.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter from any newsletter email. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing hello@benleecolors.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have further rights, including complaining to your data protection authority.
