Refunds for digital products

Effective October 23, 2026

Printable PDFs are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, so refunds work a little differently from physical goods.

We will refund or fix it if

• A file is damaged, incomplete or does not match its product description.
• You cannot download your files and we cannot solve it with you.
• You were charged twice for the same item.

Other cases

If you bought the wrong item, write to us within 14 days of purchase. If you have not downloaded the file yet, we refund it. If you have, we may offer an exchange instead.

Where the law in your country gives you extra rights, such as a cooling-off period, those rights apply. Payments for PDFs are processed by Link (Stripe), which may also issue refunds directly under its own buyer-protection rules.

How to ask

Email hello@benleecolors.com or use the contact form with the email address you used at checkout and your order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank decides how long that takes. A full refund ends access to the files.

Paperbacks

Paperbacks are sold and shipped by Amazon. Returns and refunds for paperbacks follow Amazon's policies.
