These terms apply when you buy from benleecolors.com, run by Ben Lee Colors.
Digital products
- PDF products are downloadable files for printing at home. Nothing is shipped.
- Checkout runs on Stripe. PDF sales are processed by Link, a Stripe service that acts as merchant of record and is responsible for the payment, receipts and sales tax or VAT. Link's own terms also apply to the payment.
- After payment is confirmed, you can download your files from the order confirmation page and from the link we email you. Each file can be downloaded up to 10 times per order; the emailed link works for 30 days, and you can request a new link at /orders at any time.
- Use of the files is covered by the personal-use license.
- Refunds are covered by the refund policy.
Paperbacks
Paperback books are sold, printed and shipped by Amazon. This site links to Amazon; your purchase there is with Amazon under its terms.
Prices and availability
Prices are shown in US dollars before tax; your checkout may show your local currency. We can change prices or stop selling a product at any time; this does not affect orders already paid for.
Liability
We do our best to keep the site and downloads working. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
